Warriors are interested in Cavs Cedi Osman; Taurean Prince and JaVale McGee also on chopping block

According to Sam Amico of FortyEightMinutes, the Golden State Warriors have shown interest in Cleveland Cavaliers forward Cedi Osman.

The Warriors are rumored to be willing to offer a younger player in return for Osman. There is speculation that the Cavs could also be moving on from Taurean Prince and JaVale McGee, who interests the Lakers. By NBA rule, McGee would need to be traded to another team, then waived, before the Lakers could acquire him again.

The Cavs are evaluating these options, and there are a few factors that it is going to come down to. Prince has a chance of staying with Cleveland, whereas it looks like a complete no when McGee comes into question.

Osman hasn't been doing phenomenal this season, which gives the Cavs a reason to look into other options. Osman would be a great contender for another team that has more veterans and stars for him to learn from. He has been with Cleveland for his entire career, but it looks like it is time to see him in different colors.
